Review Policy
All review requests are carefully considered but we cannot guarantee acceptance. We may decline based on time constraints or if we do not think we will be interested in the book. Once accepted for review consideration, we are also unable to guarantee a review post. However, a detailed review will always be posted on Goodreads, in which we will disclose that the book was provided in exchange for an honest review, and shared on twitter.
All our bloggers are more inclined to accept requests from authors of colour, with leading queer and/or BIPOC characters.
Submitting requests
Each blogger has their own set of criteria, which has been included below. All three are accepting both physical and digital copies for review. If you feel the novel in question is better suited to a specific blogger, you are welcome to request them specifically. Otherwise, if you are welcome to any of our bloggers reviewing, email us at inkstainedreverie@gmail.com or use our contact form with "book review request, open to all" in the subject line.
Please include all basic information, page count, available formats, and if you have a specific time frame for when you expect the review to be posted, as well as any extra information that may be useful. We will try to respond within the next few days but you will always receive a response, even if it is to deny the request.
